Anti-Wrinkle Consultation Policy: Consultations with Dr. Rashed, Cardiologist At CeTe Aesthetics, we are committed to providing high-quality, professional care in a timely and efficient manner. To ensure we can offer the best service to all clients, we have established the following policy for anti-wrinkle consultations: Consultation Fee: All anti-wrinkle consultations with Dr. Rashed require a £35 non-refundable consultation fee. This payment is deducted from the total cost of treatment should you proceed. Booking & Payment: The consultation fee must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This payment confirms your booking and your agreement with the terms outlined in this policy. Punctuality: We operate on a strict schedule to ensure each client receives the attention and time they deserve. Late arrivals will result in the consultation being cancelled and the fee forfeited, as we are unable to accommodate delays within our schedule. If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible; however, please be aware that rescheduling may not always be possible on short notice. Refund Policy: The £35 consultation fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, including lateness or failure to attend. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy, which helps us maintain the high standards of care and service we strive to deliver to all clients.
